These terms explain how purchases from HardFinds UK work. They should be read with our Shipping and Returns and Privacy pages.

The seller
Aquaronics is the aquatics trading name used by HardFinds UK.

Product images may show a product in use or optional accessories that are not included unless stated. All products are subject to availability.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Standard UK delivery is included unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete card details.
After payment, we send an order confirmation acknowledging your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order for fulfilment. If we cannot accept an order because of an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or another genuine operational issue, we will explain the problem and refund any payment promptly.
Our dispatch targets and delivery arrangements are set out on the Shipping and Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you nominate.
Most online purchases may be cancelled within 14 days after delivery, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. The Shipping and Returns page explains the process, refund timing, return costs and how faulty goods are handled.
Please follow manufacturer instructions and check relevant measurements, electrical requirements and compatibility before installation. Contact us before ordering if a product fit or specification is unclear. This does not limit your rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable for a purpose made known to us.
Names such as Chihiros and Mufan identify genuine resale products or compatibility. HardFinds UK and Aquaronics are independent retailers and are not official websites for those manufacturers unless expressly stated.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
The terms applying to an order are those available when the order is placed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
